Legalize it
This cartoon is saying that we need to stop focusing on the things that don't kill anyone (marijuana) and start worrying more about the more dangerous of substances. It reminds us that ciggarettes, which are 100% legal, kill over 400,000 people in a year while marijuana, which is illegal, has never killed anyone. The worst thing about marijuana is that it causes 750,000 arrests a year, which wouldn't happen if it weren't illegal.
I completly agree with this message. Pot shouldn't be illegal, it's used for medicinal purposes for christ's sake. plus, it makes people happy. If someone could EVER prove to me that marijuana is bad for you it will be a miracle. LEGALIZE IT.

I agree with what Abbey is saying. We put too much of our focus on things that can't hurt us, and completely avoid the things that have been proven to kill us. I think that when used properly or in small amounts that marijuana can be very beneficial. But that's just my opinion.
