The assignment has two steps

STEP 1 - The cartoon
a) Find a political cartoon that is less than a year old.
b) Identify its author and source.
c) Write a short paragraph explaining the cartoon.
d) Write your personnal response to the cartoon.

STEP 2 - The posting
e) I have sent you an email setting you all as authors.
f) This gives you the ability to post.
g) To add your cartoon and paragraphs to the blog you must post them.  This is different than making a comment.
h) We will cover adding comments in class.
i) In the blue header you should see your address.  Next to this is the 'New Post' tab.
j) Click this tab.  A new post window will come up.
k) You can drag and drop your cartoon directly from the web into the work box,
l) Or you can copy and paste from a word document,
m) Or you can write directly in the work box.
n) Give your work a title.
o) Remember this work is public. Anybody and everybody can read this blog.  Reread your work for appropriateness and grammar.
p) Click 'Publish Post'
q) Sign out
